Please note, the current product is missing a couple of pieces of revised art, at least one hand-drawn piece, and the table of contents, which is why you'll find a couple of blank pages.  Once these pieces are completed and scanned, this product will be updated with these missing items.  If enough people want a different cover, I'll do that change as well.  Due to other committments (writing and otherwise), this might take a bit of time to complete, but I wanted to make the text available as soon as possible for your use.
