(5E) Devoted Operator Base Class Alpha

The devoted operator is a base class for Fifth Edition.

Devout servants of a god or rightous zealots for a cause, devoted operators gain power through their intense devotion. This power manifests itself in divine protection and offensive power. This class has two subclasses, with a third planned for the final release.
