In conjunction with d20PFSRD.com and Rogue Genius Games, the Four Horsemen created a new hybrid class designed to combine the monk's discipline and unarmed mastery, with the kineticist's power over the elements. The shifu has dozens of elemental strikes, infusions, and ki disciplines she can learn to make her unarmed attacks much more than just "improved!"
